アラシマインから歩いて3分にある伊勢湾フェリーターミナル。その横で大勢の釣り人がかいづ釣りに興じてます。かいづとは黒鯛の子で、手のひらサイズの個体が結構上がってました。このサイズは開いて干物にして、頭から骨まで全部パリパリと頂くんです。大変美味しく、珍重されているのでお店でも結構良いお値段がついてますよ。

停泊する消防船、眼の前は安楽島町安久志（あくし）、左手には坂手島。すぐ眼の前を横切っている定期船。ここに生まれ育ったものには特段珍しくはない当たり前の風景だけど、改めて眺めてみれば、これはこれでなかなかに良いものですね。
